The art of design in Photography

  1. Light-natural

The first principal of design in photography is the use of light–and its opposite shadow. The artful combination of these two is what separates the ordinary from the extraordinary.

“All material in nature, the forests and the streams and the air and we, are made of Light which has been spent, and this crumpled mass called material casts a shadow, and the shadow belongs to Light.”
